How to read photos of used tyres and wheels
Will it fit my car?
Check tyre size and wheel PCD, width, offset and centre bore against your vehicle's requirements. Missing centre-bore or other key details mean fitment has not been confirmed. Contact us with the item number and your vehicle model, year, chassis code and trim.
How many pieces are included, and are there accessories?
Quantity and contents vary by item. Check whether it is tyres only, wheels only or wheels with tyres, as well as the number of pieces and accessories. Even within a set, front and rear specifications and the condition of each part may differ. If anything is unclear, contact us with the item number.
How do I check price and availability?
Contact us with the item number before purchasing so we can confirm price and availability. A catalogue listing does not reserve the item.
How and by when do I pay?
We currently accept bank transfer. We will send the account details after you order; please pay within 5 days of placing your order. We ship once payment is confirmed. Other payment methods are being prepared.
When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch with Sagawa within 1–2 days after payment is confirmed. This is the dispatch time; arrival depends on the destination, weather and transport conditions.
What if there is a problem after arrival?
For regular S+, S, A or B items, report a defect within 7 days of receipt. C and D items are sold as-is, outside the regular warranty, and disclosed damage is not a reason for return. Contact us if the wrong item was sent or its condition differs from the description.
How are used items inspected?
After washing and cleaning, we visually check scratches, wear, cracks and other visible damage. Internal damage or small air leaks can remain undetected. Check condition again before use.
What do the S+ to D grades mean?
S+ to D is our own condition scale, not a guarantee of fitment or roadworthiness. Use the grade together with photographs, descriptions and measurements. Ask about an unlisted grade instead of guessing from photographs.
Where can I find my current tyre size?
The size is printed on the sidewall of your current tyre, for example "195/65R15 91H". Your vehicle's specification may also be shown in the owner's manual or on a label near the driver's door. Wheel PCD, offset and centre bore are not always visible, so send us the item number with your vehicle model, year and type code.
What should I check on used studless tyres?
Check the production week and year, remaining tread and any cracking. For snow and ice, a winter tyre needs at least 50% of its new tread depth, with the platform not exposed. Rubber softness cannot be judged from photographs. The four tyres may differ, so check the photographs and description of each.
