How an item moves from arrival to shipping.
Arrival
Items come from individual owners and from partner dealers, repair shops, garages and vehicle storage yards, and each has been used under different conditions.
Cleaning
We remove dirt and clean each wheel. Once it is clean, we take another look at its condition.
Cosmetic preparation
Minor marks may be touched up. Touch-ups and repairs do not make an item new. See the item description for work done and condition.
Inspection
We wash and clean them, then visually inspect scratches, dirt, wear, cracks and other visible damage. We check tyre tread and manufacturing dates, wheel rims and spokes. Visible damage is also shown in the product photos.

Product pages show photos of the actual item. Check its size, condition and visible details before choosing.
Shipping
We pack each item for its journey and ship it with Sagawa. Please check the shipping method and cost before ordering.

Honest about limits
Internal damage and small air leaks cannot always be detected by visual inspection alone. We do not claim that every item receives a road test or disassembly.

Do not use an item with a bulge, deep cracking, exposed cords or a cracked wheel. Contact us or a qualified specialist. Report defects in regular items within 7 days of receipt. C/D items have separate terms.
