・Account registration: email address, password (stored in a form that even we cannot read), saved addresses (name, furigana reading, postcode, address, telephone and similar details), email preference settings
・Orders: name, furigana reading, address, telephone, email address, order contents, payment method and status, shipping records
・Card payments: card details such as the card number are entered in the fields of our payment provider fincode and are not stored on our server. We store the payment result and the number that identifies the payment.
・Enquiries: name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and any photographs you send
・Website use: IP address, browser type, access times and similar records, cookies

We do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent, except where permitted by law. To the extent needed for our business, we provide or entrust data as follows:
・Delivery: to deliver items, we provide the recipient's name, address, telephone number and similar details to Sagawa Express (佐川急便株式会社).
・Card payments: to process payments, our payment provider GMO Epsilon (GMOイプシロン株式会社, fincode) handles your card details and order information.
・3-D Secure: to prevent fraudulent card use, with the consent you give on the card payment screen, we provide your order email, billing and delivery addresses, and the device and browser information needed for authentication to your card issuer through fincode.
・System operation: we use external services for the website server and for sending email, and information is stored and processed there to the extent needed to run them.

If your card issuer is located outside Japan, the information used for 3-D Secure may be transferred to the country where the issuer is located. Because we do not store card numbers and do not know which issuer issued your card or where it is located, we cannot tell you the name of that country, its personal information protection system, or the measures the issuer takes to protect personal information. Information on other countries' systems is published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission (https://www.ppc.go.jp/).

This website uses cookies to keep your cart, the selected language and your sign-in. Our contact page embeds Google Maps; when the map is displayed, your browser connects to Google and Google receives your IP address and other information. If you would like us to notify you of the purposes of use, disclose, correct, add to or delete your information, stop using or erase it, or stop providing it to third parties, contact us using the details below. After confirming that the request comes from you or your representative, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law. Registered customers can check and change account details and addresses and stop email newsletters in My account. Transaction records that the law requires us to keep may not be erased during the required period.
