Delivery and payment

The 1–2 day period refers to dispatch, not delivery. Arrival depends on the destination, traffic and weather. If we expect a dispatch delay, we will let you know.

Four loose tyres or four wheels normally ship as two parcels. Four assembled wheels with tyres normally ship as four. Final classification depends on packed dimensions and weight. Pairs, single items and large items need an individual check.

We ship with Sagawa from Toyama. Shipping depends on the delivery region and on the size and number of parcels after packing. The table and calculator below are estimates; the amount shown is our shipping price including 10% consumption tax. Rounding is applied to the whole shipment, so a multi-parcel total may differ from the per-parcel price multiplied by the number of parcels. Shipping to Okinawa and some islands, to areas with a relay fee, and for items whose packing is not yet fixed is quoted separately before you order.

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Bank transfer: we will send the account details after you order; please pay within 5 days of placing your order. We ship once payment is confirmed.
Credit card: after you place the order, the fields of our payment provider fincode appear. Enter your card there and complete 3-D Secure authentication with your card issuer. At this stage the amount is only reserved on your card (authorization): we capture the payment after checking stock and the item's condition, and then ship. With debit and prepaid cards, the amount may already be deducted at authorization.
We capture the payment within 5 days of the authorization. If we cannot capture it in time, we cancel the authorization and contact you.

Wheel-and-tyre sets are sold at the price set for the set. If you would like tyres and wheels from different listings delivered mounted together, contact us before ordering. The item price is the total of the selected tyres and wheels, and shipping is calculated in the same way as for a wheel-and-tyre set of the same size. We will tell you before you order whether a mounting fee applies and how much it is.
