- Shipping
- calculated from our store rate table according to the delivery region and the packed size and number of parcels, including consumption tax. Okinawa, some islands, areas with a relay fee and items whose packing is not yet fixed are quoted separately before you order.
- Tyre mounting
- if you would like tyres mounted on wheels, we will tell you before you order whether a work fee applies and how much it is.
- Bank transfer fee
- the bank transfer fee is paid by the customer separately to their bank. Transfer the full order total, including shipping, without deducting the bank fee.
- Returns for change of mind
- returns or exchanges for an incorrect size choice, unverified fitment or an item not meeting your expectations are not accepted.
- Defects
- for S+, S, A and B items, contact us within 7 days of receipt. After checking, we will arrange a return and refund, and we cover return shipping for a defect.
- Grades C and D
- sold as-is. Returns because of a condition disclosed in advance are not accepted.
- Cancellation before dispatch
- after approval by our staff, we refund the full amount received for goods and shipping, without a cancellation fee.

- Payment methods
- bank transfer, credit card (payment provider: fincode)
- Bank transfer
- please pay within 5 days of placing your order. We will send the account details after you order.
- Credit card
- when you place the order, the amount is reserved on your card (authorization); we capture the payment after checking stock and the item's condition. The date the amount is debited follows your card issuer's terms.
- Payment capture
- within 5 days of the authorization. If we cannot capture it in time, we cancel the authorization and contact you.
- Dispatch
- for bank transfer, after payment is confirmed; for card payment, after the payment is captured; normally within 1–2 days, via Sagawa.
- Arrival
- transit time depends on the destination region, traffic and weather.
