Find the right specifications
Choose a category and filter by diameter and other known parameters. Check both axles if front and rear sizes differ.

Inspect the actual item
Review photographs, condition and contents. Confirm price, accessories, defects and availability. An empty field does not mean a part is undamaged or compatible.

Check everything before ordering
Contact us with the item number before you order. Returns for an incorrect size choice or unverified fitment are not accepted, so please clear up any questions before buying. If you would like tyres mounted on wheels, also ask us before ordering.

Review and place your order
On the order review screen, check the items and quantities, the item total, shipping and order total (including tax), the delivery address, the payment method and the return and cancellation terms, then place your order. You can pay by bank transfer (within 5 days of placing your order) or credit card.

Our check and dispatch
For bank transfer, after payment is confirmed; for card payment, after 3-D Secure authentication and after we check stock and the item's condition and capture the payment, we normally ship with Sagawa within 1–2 days. If we cannot supply the item, we will contact you, cancel the order and either cancel the authorization or refund the full amount paid.

Check the item on arrival
When the item arrives, check its condition promptly. For a defect in an S+, S, A or B item, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
